The United States of America is in my eyes is the most beautiful and magnificent country in the worl but our lack of interest in what is going on right in front of our eyes is bewildering. Our country has now become a country in which is seeking for the richer to get richer and the poorer to get poorer. We can stop this cycle of stupidity by simply turning on the news where there is cold hard proof of what they are talking about. Not where you will be told half of the story. Instead of trying to do what is morally correct by bringing our troops home
we are simply getting ready to fight more. This is shown by the numbers in which Mr. Michael Brush showed us in his article written on 8/27/2007. Mr. Brush states that "The White House has proposed military spending of $647 billion in 2008". wonder where all of that money is going to come from?

The Military Industrial Complex is used for whenever the country needs to go to war. The Government uses our tax money to fund the (MIC) so that there will be enough money to blow up the "huge" terror that is Iraq. Guess what, the United States basically destroys Iraq and all of a sudden wants to go help and set up a democracy but hey guess who's paying for that too. Us! we are the people who allow for this to happen we let Bush start a war and its like giving a thief your wallet so he wont steal it, you lose anyway. We let "chicken-hawks" like Rumsfield and VP Dick Cheney take us to war so that they can make money and it will only continue to happen unless we begin to pay attention to what is really important.
